Apparently, it is not an issue to Kohl's since the $5 coupon gets customers in the door and they are most likely to spend more than $5 once in the store. eBay doesn't care - since they are making their fees.

Just don't spend your money to learn the big Kohl's secret. It really isn't a secret at all.
